A Little Tuesday Randomness

I spent a lot of time on some much needed blog maintenance yesterday.  Now I’ve got our site combatible with mobile phones and tablets so let me know if you have any trouble seeing it on the go.

Lately our oldest dogs has devised a crafty scheme to poop next to the litter box in hopes of us blaming the cats. Since he’s part St. Bernard, it’s a pretty obvious. Last night I noticed he actually made it into the litter box, or one of our cats is in desperate need of some fiber in her diet.

The foster kittens will be with us for a little over a week then they go back to Lollypop Farm to be spayed and neutered and then they will be put up for adoption. It will be hard to see them go because they are such a sweet bunch of kittens. They love to be held, love kids, and are all big talkers. We’ll miss them, but there are plenty more that will need fostering when we bring these cuties back.

Have you seen those electric bug zappers that look like a tennis racket? They sell them at Walmart. Thing 2 got one last week. Guess what I found him doing the other night? He was holding one of my metal knitting needles near it and was zapping himself! Yep, apparently he thought it was really cool to electrocute himself. You know it’s bad when you hear a kid say, “watch this!” Yeah, great…..

I was at the gym the other night using the “30 minute” room again. I know I’ve complained about it before, but…..of course there was a big, sweaty body builder in there, using the room incorrectly, staying on the machines too long and NOT washing his nasty sweat off of it. The big body builders seem to think that they don’t need to wash down the machines after they use them. So, when I was done with mine I said loudly to my bff, “Let me wipe down the machine LIKE YOU’RE SUPPOSE TO so you can use it.” He was oblivious…maybe he’s like the idiot on the PF commercials.

Someone rented the apartment below me the other day. I don’t know how they’re going to be, they look too yuppish to be living in that 1 bedroom apartment. Not that I’m being judgy or anything. I just hope they don’t complain about every little thing. If I were them, I wouldn’t want to live in a downstairs apartment, especially not one under someone who was a 13 and an 11 year old boy……just sayin’
