If it’s Tuesday this must be Random Tuesday Thoughts. Stop by, say hi and see what the Queen of Randomness, Stacy, is up to.
What is up with people who just send you a text, you call them, and they don’t answer the phone? Hello??? You just sent me a text, I know you have your phone right there in your hand! Ugh. Those people bug me.
Actually people in general bug me. I’ve been trying to be a good girl and not say out loud what I’m thinking. Let’s just say I’m thankful for cubicles so people can’t see the faces I make at them!
I know I’ve said it before but I don’t get Minecraft. I seriously don’t. And no matter how many times I’m made to sit there and watch someone play it, I will never understand how it is fun. I mean, is mining really fun? I’m sure if you asked actually miners, the last word they would use to describe their job is fun.
Is it scary that the other day at the store I picked up a box of purple hair color? The girl on the box looked really cool with it, but considering I’m not 18 anymore, I probably couldn’t pull off fluorescent purple. I decided to go with light brown. We’ll see what color it does turn since I do have super red hair right now. For the record, super red hair is okay when you’re in your 30′s, fluorescent purple is probably not.
As of right now, it looks like my husband won’t have to stay in China for an additional week and should be home Saturday night. Phew! I was freaking out a little about him being gone for 3 weeks.
Today there was a letter in the mail from J-Man’s school. It was congratulating him for having one of his art projects in the art show at the local mall. When he got home from school I asked him about it
Me: Wow, one of your art projects is going to be in the art show
Me: Which art project?
J-Man: I don’t know
Me: Here’s the letter. It says it’ll b your animal art project. What did you make?
J-Man: I don’t remember.
I guess we’ll both be surprised when we go to the art show. It’s pretty hard to impress that kid.
This is crazy, but sooo cool.
Would you try it? That would be a big no for me. Craziest, most daring thing I’ve ever done, besides having 4 kids, is jumping off a bridge into Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. So, yes, I did jump off a bridge just because everyone else was doing it. Namely, my brother and his friends.
