Being a blogger, I love doing most everything on the computer. It’s fast, efficient, and easy to correct any mistakes. But, there’s a lot to be said for pen and paper. I still write out notes and love to get cards and letters in the mail from friends and family. There’s nothing like an receiving an unexpected handwritten note on beautiful stationary.

The folks at Minted.com have so many beautiful items that I just love. They are much more than stationary. I have a few friends that are getting married soon and I think these Minted Save the Date Magnets are such a great idea. Instead of a little Save the Date card that gets lost in the shuffle of papers, well, it would at my house, your guests can just put the Save the Date Magnet on the fridge and they’ll be anticipating your big day!

They come in all sorts of fun styles and colors. Makes me wish I was planning a wedding just to order some fun Save the Date Magnets.

Even though you can usually find me blogging, I still enjoy getting a brand new journal to write in. There’s just something about those pristine pages that makes me happy. Minted has some beautiful journals.

I just love this idea for a family journal. Every time we take a road trip, I usually grab a notebook to write it all down. For my husband, it’s all about how good his gas mileage was during the trip. For me, it’s all about the experiences. I definitely need to make one and order it from Minted before our next trip. Hmmm..sounds like a plan!
