Cats love silver vine. Well, 4 out of 5 cats love silver vine. I had never even heard of silver vine until a few days ago, when I was given several samples.
Silver Vine grows in the mountainous areas of China and Japan and has been used for cats for ages. It’s also more potent than catnip so you only need a little bit. Silver vine is ground into a fine brown powder that you can sprinkle on a scratching post or toy and let your cat have fun.
Of course, I couldn’t wait to try it out on my cats and they didn’t disappoint me. I sprinkled it on their cardboard scratcher and let them check it out. It only took a fewest ones for them to come check it out.
It was like a cat magnet.
After they rolled all over the cardboard scratcher and totally dismantled it, they were pretty chill.
