For When the Terrorists Attack & Kitty Litter
Our parents are the greatest and if you haven’t seen the blast from the past pics of them, just scroll down a bit. But with that said…our Mom has been preparing “For when the terrorists attack” since 2001.
“What’s with all the bottled water?”
“For when the terrorists attack.”
“Why do you have 30 cans of Spam?”
“For when the terrorists attack.”
She also sneaks it into our conversation all matter of fact like:
“How are the kids doing in in school?”
“So far so good.”
“I have rolled change under the bed so we have money when the terrorists attack.”
“Okayyyyy.”
She rotates her canned goods to ensure that everything is fresh “For when the terrorists attack.”
So you know where we’ll be going “For when the terrorists attack.”
It’s good to have a plan. Homeland Security should be so prepared.
You may be asking what terrorists and kitty litter have in common. Well, I’ve heard through various sources that it’s recommended to have a one bag of kitty litter and some kind of container per person in case of emergencies….yes, I said per person, not per cat. Sooooo if some sort of disaster occurs and your bathrooms can’t be used, you each have your own personal tub of kitty litter. This leads to the obvious question, regular or scoopable? Hmmmm..that’s a tough one. I guess you wouldn’t need to buy the “Multi-Cat Household” bag because you won’t be sharing. This is one tip that I won’t be needing! Ever!
