Has it Been Two Years Alreaday?

It was 2 years ago on Memorial Day that Stacy and I started Blue Monkey Butt. We were hoping to have fun and make some money. Ya, we’ve had a lot of fun but that’s a big NO on the making money idea, as my husband likes to frequently remind me. But along the way we’ve found a lot of great blogging friends that really brighten our day when they stop by or we talk on Facebook. We had no idea when we started that we would meet such great people and that’s really the best part of this whole blogging thing. Don’t get me wrong, money would be great too, but we’re really grateful for the connections we’ve made. These are women who make us laugh or cry on a daily basis. Women that we’ve never met in person, but that doesn’t matter. They are still our friends and our lives are richer for just knowing them. So thanks to

Stacyfrom Stacy’s Random Thoughts “Friend we’d most love to teach us how to make wine. Oh, who are we kidding. We’ll just sit by her pond and drink the wine she makes!”

These are just a few of the great women we have met and we could go on and on, but we’re going to spend the rest of this Memorial Day with our families.
