Photos from the New Haunted Mansion Interactive Queue
I’m still trying to gather all my thoughts to come up with some post worthy of the Disney Social Media Moms Conference. Just repeating ‘I had the best time ever!’ really doesn’t cut it. But I really did have the best time ever. Really. One of the highlights of the trip was the new enhanced queue at the Haunted Mansion. A few days before we left I had read online that they had opened it up to cast members but not to the public yet. Our first visit the new queue was still closed and they had placed some potted plants and green screen up to block the view. On our last day I told my husband that I was going to stand on my tip-toes and put my camera up high and try to get a picture. Then one of the Haunted Mansion cast members asked if we wanted to take the fast line or the fun line. Squee!!! It was open! So here just for you are some pictures of the new interactive queue at the Haunted Mansion at Walt Disney World.

This organ would make music when you touched the keys.

These are pretty creepy close up.

The instruments on this crypt make music when you touch them.

There was still green screen blocking the cemetery from view and also, to my husband’s disappointment, we didn’t get a hitch-hiking ghost. The mirrors were covered up. We were told by a cast member that they were being refurbished.
I paid a fee to attend the Disney Social Media Moms Conference, but as an attendee my husband and I received complimentary items, special discounts, and other exciting benefits such as food and entertainment, so we could experience the magic of Walt Disney World.
