I’m a little late joining Oreo and Anne from Small Town Mommy for Meow Monday. I don’t think they mind.
My cats aren’t as cooperative as Oreo when it comes to photo sessions. I’m lucky to get the picture to be in focus never mind dressing up my cats. One of them gets downright nasty no matter what.
Spring has started to make a few appearances and the open windows are a cat magnet. Jezebel wants to go out in the worst way and lets us know it. We started fostering her when she was 8 weeks old, so her whole experience of living outside was in those first 8 weeks. Apparently she has a long memory and desperately wants to go outside.
Our cat Snuffy goes outside on a harness and leash. He knows he can’t go out unless he’s wearing it.
She was more than a little annoyed that Snuffy got to go outside and she didn’t.
Our Lollypop Farm Pet of the Week is still waiting to go home. Do you have room at your house for Comet?
Comet is a 10 year old female domestic shorthair who’s looking for a retirement home. She’s available free of charge to approved adopters, age 60 and over, through our Seniors-for-Seniors program. Come take her home!
