It Got Lost in the Move

I usually do a Meow Monday post on Mondays, or to be honest, sometimes on Tuesdays, but have missed entirely for the past few weeks. My excuse is Meow Mondays must’ve gotten lost in the move. 

A very good friend of mine has taught me the value of using “it got lost in the move”. It really does cover almost every possible situation. 

“Where did that art project of an anteater I made in 2nd grade go?”

It got lost in the move. 

“Where did my favorite faded and ratty Rush concert t-shirt go?”

It got lost in the move. 

“Where did your motivation go?”

It got lost in the move. 

See, that one little saying can cover so many situations. 

For now, Meow Mondays have been lost in the move. I’ll probably find them in the same box with my makeup, deodorant, motivation, and the long lost dominoes set my son is suddenly obsessed with finding. He doesn’t like my “it got lost in the move” response.
