I’ve never understood why people say “I’m going to take a quick catnap” because there’s no such thing as a quick catnap when it comes to cats. They are the champions of long naps. Adult cats can sleep from 15 to 20 hours per 24-hour period. I’m lucky to get 7 solid hours a night. I’m a little jealous to say the least.<\/p>\n

Here’s Rosie taking a catnap on my computer. It’s a pretty spot-on imitation of me when I finally sit down at the end of a long day and try to work on my blog. Usually I’m asleep within minutes.<\/p>\n
