Cats don’t get the idea of personal space, or as I call it, stay out of my hula hoop. Eating lunch can be particularly trying. They don’t really want my lunch, they both want to sit on my lap and get mad at each other because they both want the same spot.<\/p>\n

\nWhat you don’t see is Jezebel to the left perched on the arm of the couch. She doesn’t want my lunch either, she wants my napkin. She has a weird fixation on paper, especially tissue paper, tissues, and napkins. She stands on one end, bites the paper, tears off a strip, and eats it like a\u00a0strand of spaghetti. As you can imagine, it’s not something we want her to do. We’re afraid if she eats too much she’ll end up with a blockag. She’s always on the hunt for any paper that accidentally gets left out.<\/p>\n

At least I never have to eat alone.<\/p>\n
