\"\"<\/a>This is the sign that I put on our front door today.\u00a0 I came home to sleep because along with the “mono”, I also have a cold.\u00a0 The thing is every stinking day there are people from the Obama campaign that come knocking on my door.\u00a0 And I’ve tried to be nice, I really have, but enough is enough.\u00a0 Everyday they come and everyday I tell them to leave me alone, I haven’t made up my mind yet, and them coming to my door is not going to change that!\u00a0 Maybe if Obama came to my house personally, that may sway me.\u00a0 Anyways, I saw them walking around the neighborhood when I got home so I put up the sign.\u00a0 Believe me the sign is nicer than the one I wanted to put up: NO POLITICAL<\/strong> SOLICITORS, VIOLATORS WILL BE SHOT ON SITE<\/strong>!\u00a0 or my personal favorite: BEWARE…MONKEY MAY THROW FECES!<\/strong>\u00a0 I have never hid the fact that I am not a big fan of people, but with the cold, mono and getting my period early, I am soooo not in the mood!\u00a0 So I am happy that it is Election Day, and not because I can’t wait to go do my civic duty and vote, (actually I have to bring the kids, probably go wait in a long line and I have no patience).\u00a0 It’s a much more personal selfish reason!\u00a0 The reason I’m happy that it’s Election Day is because -no more strangers will knock on my door and harass me about who I’m voting for, I can see actual real commercials for products-not political ones, I can stop getting endless mailings from candidates, and the automated phone calls will come to an end!\u00a0 I won’t have to listen to stupid Hollywood actors telling me who I should vote for!\u00a0 It will all be over!!!\u00a0 So, here I am waiting for my youngest to get home so I can bring both boys to experience the right to vote.\u00a0 I’m hoping that there aren’t any annoying people holding signs there.\u00a0 I’m soo not in the mood.\u00a0 Leave me alone and let me pick.\u00a0 Even if it’s eeny, meeny, miney, moe!\u00a0 I’m sure my youngest will be very loud in the booth and announce who I voted for.\u00a0 I also found it funny that everyone who came into work today was wearing a sticker\u00a0 “I VOTED TODAY<\/strong>“, which really made me laugh.\u00a0 Sorry, but all these adults are wearing stickers because they voted.\u00a0 “Okay, you<\/em> voted, you deserve a sticker!!!\u00a0 <\/em>Give me a break, I’m an adult, I don’t want a sticker! \u00a0Free donuts, candy, money, y’know something like that would work.\u00a0<\/p>\n
