Somehow I managed to only see Independence Day<\/em> once over the long holiday weekend. I also watched Jaws<\/em> again. I don’t know what it is about that movie, but every time it’s on I end up watching it.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Blogging while the kids are home for summer vacation is a lot harder. The sounds of “momma, momma, momma, momma and mom, mom, mom, mom” are just hammering in my brain making it a little difficult to think of anything, even random crap is eluding me right now.<\/p>\n

This is for Anne<\/a> at\u00a0Small Town Mommy\u00a0. Yes, Anne, I am trying to taunt you all with my upcoming trip to Walt Disney World \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Today I managed to spend most of the day laying in the pool on my float.\u00a0 I’m almost as dark as Magda<\/strong> from “There’s Something About Mary”<\/em>, but not nearly as wrinkled up yet.<\/p>\n

Laundry dries outside in\u00a030 minutes when it is 95 degrees out. That’s 2 hrs. and 30 mins. faster<\/em> than my dryer.<\/p>\n

I think my nails reject nail polish.\u00a0 Every time I bother doing them, they chip, crack, etc.\u00a0 Maybe I just need to stop doing housework so that my nails will\u00a0remain perfect….<\/p>\n

I bought a pair of ankle weights yesterday to use when I go for my walk.\u00a0 I tried them out, and boy do you feel a difference in your legs!\u00a0 Oh, and you look like you’re wearing really big leg warmers.\u00a0 Whatever, I’m not really going for style.\u00a0 Good thing!<\/p>\n

No matter how many times I watch Intervention<\/strong>, I can’t get over how stupid the people on the show are.\u00a0 I mean, really, a documentation on your drug use??\u00a0 C’mon, do you really want to be on t.v. that<\/em> bad??\u00a0 “John doesn’t know he is going to an Intervention, he thinks he’s going for his final interview.<\/em>”\u00a0 One word, DUH<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Did you know that if you’re from Massachusetts<\/strong> you will remove the “r”<\/em> from a word, (supah)<\/em> and add one where it doesn’t belong (idear).<\/em>\u00a0 It’s true, we can’t help it.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the Orbit Gum <\/strong>commercial, my boys have started calling each other “Cootie Queen”<\/em> and “Lint Licker”.<\/em>\u00a0 I guess it could be worse, they could of seen an episode of any show on FX<\/strong>and started calling each other one of those<\/em> names!<\/p>\n
