If it’s Tuesday this must be Random Tuesday Thoughts. It used to be brought to you by Keely <\/a>at The Un-Mom but she’s taking a hiatus. Okay, it’s been a really long hiatus but Random Tuesdays still rock on with help from Stacy<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Stacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

You know when you eat something, then you get sick, and then you don’t want to eat whatever it was for a really long time? Apparently it doesn’t always work that way with kids. Thing 1 came home from camp today, ate a big bowl of ice cream, 2 pickles and drank a big glass of milk. Oh, and just so you know it was 90 degrees or so today. After he ate all that he threw up! I guess he was sick from the hot day (and probably all the dairy he just ate)<\/em>. But tonight before bed he asked to have 2 more pickles. Really?<\/strong> I even asked him if he was crazy considering that he told me that all he tasted when he threw up was pickles. I know what you’re thinking here……TMI.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a guy that stands near a stop light every single day and holds a sign that reads, “out of work, need money.” <\/em>And today I was thinking that instead of giving him money I would give him applications to all the places I saw that were hiring….Home Depot, Dollar Tree Store, a gas station, and Dunkin Donuts. I mean really, if he spent more time walking to those places and actually filling out an application, he may just get a job. And for the record today he looked tired, and really wasn’t even holding the sign up at all. My friend suggested that I fold them up like paper airplanes and throw them out the window at him. That’s probably a bit much, and I’m not really a good paper airplane maker anyways……<\/p>\n

Ever have someone point their finger at you and tell you what to do? But it’s not your boss or anyone that should tell you what to do? And they act like they’re all high and mighty? Yeah someone did that to me today. Surprisingly I didn’t say anything sarcastic back to them, and I didn’t even point at them with a different finger…..just sayin’<\/em><\/p>\n

I’m not an “lol” <\/em>type of person. I rarely use it. I don’t like it. I’m more of a “ha ha ha”<\/em> or “bwahahahaha”<\/em> (evil laugh) type of person. Everytime I see the “lol” it just looks like someone drowning. Also, when people use that they’re either saying something mean and they put “lol” at the end so it sounds like a joke, or they just can’t think of anything witty to say.<\/p>\n

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I’ll be wanting any pickles for a while!<\/p>\n

I still can’t seem to get the job\/housework thing figured out. It’s been a couple months and I really thought I’d have it down by now. I need a cleaning service to come in once every 2 weeks. Hmmm…. I wonder how much that would cost.<\/p>\n

Sunday afternoon we got dressed up, wrapped the gift and were all ready to head out to an anniversary party….until I realized it’s next Sunday.<\/p>\n

The new kitten is officially named George and he’s definitely making himself at home. Here he is sleeping on my husband’s pillow.<\/p>\n
