Throwback Thursday Disney Social Media Moms On The Road
Throwback Thursday to our whirlwind adventure in NY. When I received the invitation to Disney Social Media Moms On The Road Celebration in New York City, my first reaction was excitement followed by the thought that, while fantastic, I couldn’t go. Then, another thought, why can’t I go? That’s when our 36 hour mother-daughter trip was planned.
Yes, the Disney Social Media Moms On the Road Celebration event was fun and filled with information, but what I remember most from that trip was how much fun we had together. We took the train to the city and stayed at the New Yorker Hotel. We discovered we weren’t too far from Mood, and since we are such fans of Project Runway, we had to go there. We even saw Swatch! We spent the day exploring New York, finding the Richard Rogers Theater, Times Square, and Rockefeller Center. It was such a fun adventure for just the two of us and something that we’d never done before.
I was so grateful to be invited, but I’m especially thankful for the time I was able to spend with my daughter and the memories that still bring a smile to my face 2 years later.
