Open Letter ~ Hey Jerkface!

Dear Jerkface (and by Jerkface, I don’t mean my dog, who I also call Jerkface)

I understand driving behind a school bus that makes frequent stops can be annoying, but there is no excuse for passing my children’s school bus that is stopped with the lights flashing on a hill with a double yellow line. Really, it’s just a bad situation all around. I don’t care how much of a hurry you’re in, don’t pass the school bus Jerkface!

Oh, and just a FYI. The driver let me in on a little secret. This summer they are putting cameras on the busses and every time the red lights come on so does the camera. You know what that means Jerkface? It means that they’ll get a picture of your license plate and forward that information on to the police. Then you’ll get a nice fine and your insurance will go up. Maybe then you’ll learn your lesson.
