Random Thoughts don’t seem to flow too randomly when I sit down to actually write them

It seems the more I exercise, the more pain I’m in.  You would think my body will start to improve and not have any NEW pain.  Apparently not.

Last night we gave the puppy a sedative so we could attempt to groom him. Perry is a shih-tzu mix and was starting to resemble a mop. We had him groomed in March, but he freaked out and they weren’t able to do his head at all. We did give him 1/2 tablet of the sedative before that grooming, but it did absolutely nothing. The vet ok’d the whole tab and I gave it to him at 3:30. They said to wait about an hour and a half to let it work. Well, finally, at the 4 hour mark it kicked in. We managed to cut off most of his fur on one side before the sedative started to wear off. Seriously? Not a big window of opportunity there. So he looks totally ridiculous. I haven’t seen my Disney Daughter laugh that hard in years. I’m sure the other dogs and the cats are teasing him.

We did make it to the final Harry Potter movie on Sunday night. We weren’t disappointed. Such a great movie. It’s pretty funny that Stacy hasn’t read any of the Harry Potter books or seen any of the movies. It’s like she’s been living under a rock. Oh, wait, she has.

I am starting a savings account for 2012 Disney Social Media Moms. You know, just in case lightning strikes twice and I’m lucky enough to go again. A girl has to be ready.
