Free Cats & Florida, Time to be Random!

It’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to be random with Stacy. Hope I can throw some random stuff together.

Today is Free Cat Day at Lollypop Farm. I’m expecting it to be super busy which will mean that a lot of cats and kittens will find a home. If you’re thinking of adopting, now would be a great day!

We just got back from Disney World and now this weekend my husband is headed back to Florida to spend time with his mother. I’m a little jealous. I admit it. I’d go in a heartbeat to spend some time looking at this.

Oh, and of course I’d go to spend time with my Mother-in-law. Not just for all that. But, hey, no big deal. I’ll be fine here with the kids, the dogs, and the cats. Maybe we’ll actually have some sun. It’s been raining for days and it’s getting pretty old.

We are finally winding down the school year. Sissy is finishing up finals and since she doesn’t have one today, I’m trying to convince her to get up early and come in to help out with free cat day. Because teenagers love to get up early on their first day to sleep in. She said yes last night, but this morning may bring a different answer. I’m sure she’ll come back with me in the afternoon. She enjoys helping out and seeing all the animals.

J-Man has until next week, then he’s done. He just can’t wait to be done even though it’s been a great year for him. I can’t wait until I don’t have to get up at 6am every morning!! That makes my husband jealous.
