Meow Monday

Even on Labor Day my cats are working hard to make sure we have a post for Meow Monday. They are so dedicated they will take naps on the dining room table so I’ll have a photo op. Wow! Thank you cats!

It might be 80 degrees outside, but I’m ready for fall, hence the fall-ish tablecloth I put on. Hey, it’s September. I went into the kitchen to check on dinner and when I came back into the dining room to set the table George had already redecorated the table. He’s just soooo helpful.

Although I appreciated George’s help redecorating, I made him get off the table so I could set it for dinner.

I set the table and went into the kitchen to check on dinner, when I came back out this is what I found.

George had enlisted Jezebel’s help to make sure the table was adequately decorated.

I’m not sure if Jezebel approved. She’s a pretty tough critic and didn’t like me shooing her off of the table, but not everyone appreciates cat fur in their food.
