Yesterday I got the stitches out of my head and today I go to the doctor to get my stitches out from the surgery. I’m looking forward to seeing the doctor and ask her a few questions, like why was I bleeding internally for a year. That’s probably a good place to start.

J-Man got off the bus yesterday and declared “I wish they would make robotic minions and then nobody would have to work.” I like the way that boy thinks and I told him to get started on making that happen. Better get your robotic minion orders in, I expect them to be big sellers.

I planned on reading books while I was recuperating, but I haven’t read even one. But on the upside, I have managed to watch a lot of trashy television. I haven’t sunk to Jerry Springer trashy, but trashy nonetheless. I should be back to work before I sink that low.

On Thanksgiving we were all playing Apples to Apples. J-Man picked his card and read it, then looked around at us and asked “What does sexy mean?” Ummmm….we all looked at each other and came up with pretty. Ya, sexy means pretty. As long as he doesn’t tell his teacher she’s sexy, we’re good. That would be an uncomfortable parent/teacher conference.

Elf has been on all weekend long.  I have seen that movie probably 20 or more times, plus we have it on DVD.  No matter how many times I watch that movie, I crack up laughing when he gets hit by the taxi!  Hell, I start laughing when he’s about to cross the road and I know he’s going to get hit by the taxi!

I cannot find nail polish that won’t chip!  My nails look perfect for approximately 30 mins and then it’s all done hill from there!  Either the kids wake up and need something, or one sink full of dishes and I’m all done!

I have a Company Christmas Party to go to again this year.  I have a dilemma….wear the exact same dress I wore last year or buy a new one?  Here’s the thing, I haven’t worn the dress since last year and if I go and buy another one, I won’t wear it again either.  It is a LBD, but still, it’s the same.  Maybe I could Bedazzler it and make it look different……thoughts?

Why when you are superbusy someone will come up to you at work and ask if you’re busy?  Really?
